Job Title: Project Mechanical Engineer

Pay: - 30,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month + Site Benefits as applicable

Functional Area: Project Management / Site Engineering

Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end execution of construction projects from mobilisation to commissioning and handover.

- Prepare, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.

- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.

- Monitor project progress, milestones, and critical paths, and take corrective actions to avoid delays.

- Control project costs, variations, change orders, and claims.

- Review and certify contractor/vendor RA bills and final bills.

- Implement and maintain QA/QC systems to ensure quality compliance.

- Enforce HSE standards, statutory safety norms, and labour law compliance at site.

- Lead site teams including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

- Conduct regular progress review meetings and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.

- Ensure timely coordination for inspections, testing, approvals, and handover documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in mechanical Engineering

- 5- 7 years of experience in construction / EPC / infrastructure /Piping and large equipment installation/ industrial / data center projects

- Experience handling projects worth - 5 Crore and above

- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to work at project sites

Software Skills

- MS Project / Primavera P6

- AutoCAD (working knowledge)

- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
