Project/Site Engineer - Civil & Interiors (8-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1) Knowledge of reading drawings/plans.
2) Experience of Handling turnkey Projects of Civil and Interiors.
3) Knowledge of new material and Rates. Suggesting new ideas and plans, find out material alternate to cost wise to get the job completed with satisfactory manner.
4) Experience of Negotiating Estimates and making Comparatives, dealing with vendors and Civil, Electrical and Plumbing contractors.
5) Checking the site measurements and bills, checking the material specification on site as per the Tender or BOQ.
6) Experience of Handling the Electrical, HVAC, fire System, Network system.
7) Doing site coordination with seniors, Architects, Respective Consultants, Contractors on daily basis.
8) Making reports of sites.
9) Fix up routine site meeting to complete the site.
10) Follow up for payments of consultants and contractors with approval from seniors.
11) Tracking on Bar chart, Weekly reports and updates.
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 8 to 10 years
