Projects/Engineering/Maintenance Manager - Drum Seal Manufacturing (7-12 yrs)
Candidate required for Drum Seal Manufacturing-New Project
Education: DME/BE - Mech
Experience: 8 to 10 years in Engineering Industry /Rubber Industry.
Area: Projects/Engg/Maintenance.
Plant erection
- Best would be excellent knowledge in technical facility management, environmental things, logistic for the line, people management.
- We need a person who has already erected a plant, build up a team for that and can discuss with building architects and suppliers for machinery.
- He must be flexible enough to obtain knowledge of foreign machine technology. He will be trained in the rubber plant, the salt bath mock up (giving nearly all the knowledge of the targeted plant) and finally for some time (approx 2 weeks) at the selected manufacturer RUBICON in Halle,Germany.
- The applicant MUST be able to work independently with his team, reporting to GM-Operations. Fluent english is a must.
- After the completion of Project he will be Production Incharge for the Entire Drum Seal manufacturing Plant.
