Projects Head - Development Projects (15-20 yrs)
- Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Overall direction, control and monitoring of all the development projects (Civil, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Production etc) undertaken by the company such as modification, expansion of the existing facility etc., achieving operational excellence in all facets of projects execution
2) Implements changes in the system to improve productivity, quality and safety standards
3) Verifies and checks the material delivered at site along with relevant documents and notifies any shortage or discrepancies to the concerned unit in-charge and to the procurement group
4) Coordinates with consultants, contractors/sub-contractors periodically for preparation of drawings, approvals, execution and implementation of project activities at site
5) Prepares Project reports, getting estimates prepared by the project team; analyze estimates and BOQs
6) Monitors the control of wastage of material during execution and implementation of Projects
