- Looking for an experienced Project Lead with a Civil Engineering background to oversee QSRs projects across India. With at least 8 years of experience preferably from Project Management experience working with Top Consulting firms like CBRE, JLL. You will manage all stages of the Project Lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations. This role presents a new challenge and greater responsibility for a seasoned Project Lead seeking to drive rapid expansion and quality outcomes.
- Educational Background: A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is essential.
- Experience : At least 8 years of experience in project management, with a preference for candidates who have worked on the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) projects with Top Consulting firms like CBRE, JLL etc in leadership roles.
- Project Lifecycle Management : Demonstrated success in managing all stages of the Project Lifecycle, including inception, monitoring, and closing, showcasing a thorough understanding of the entire process.
- Project Delivery : A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, indicating strong planning and execution skills.
- Leadership Skills : Excellent team leadership abilities, with a history of driving enforcement and ensuring project success, highlighting the capacity to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Quality Control : Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing maintenance procedures, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
- Financial Management : Demonstrated experience in standardizing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Capital Expenditure (Capex), and a proven record of successfully reducing Capex, indicating strong financial and resource management skills.
- Travel Requirements : Willingness to travel extensively across India, reflecting flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Leadership and Team Management : Leading multiple cross-functional teams independently, driving enforcement and ensuring a high level of engagement and motivation among team members.
- Project Coordination and Lifecycle Management : Overseeing all aspects of project coordination including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and managing each stage of the project lifecycle from inception to closing. This involves delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations within set timelines and budgets.
- Risk and Quality Management : Monitoring and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies. Implementing quality audits and maintenance procedures to maintain the highest service standards.
- Financial and Resource Forecasting : Collaborating with operations teams for accurate account forecasting, standardizing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Capital Expenditure (Capex) with a focus on cost reduction. Driving revenue through project delivery and ensuring project profitability by accurately forecasting monthly/quarterly costs, revenue, resources, and margins.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication : Ensuring effective internal and external stakeholder management through efficient communication. Representing the project in meetings and group discussions as required.
- Process Adherence and Documentation : Adhering to organizational processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and zero non-conformance. Maintaining and organizing project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
