Property Manager - Maintenance Services (6-12 yrs)

- Supervise team & provide overall property management services for a Grade-A Residential/Commercial Tower

- Manage general & technical site staff for the efficient running of the property, nurture team quality, identify staff weakness & plan appropriate training

- Monitor performance of all technicians & maintenance contractors to ensure that company standards are met

- Execute handover/takeover of premises; supervise quality of tenant fit-out

- Prepare annual budget, monitor income & expenditure

- Set up & supervise all operating procedures, including security, fire safety, fit out, emergency & evacuation procedures etc

- Identify problem areas, recommend improvement plans, maximize efficiency

- Set up & monitor a master book identifying each service, its vendor, type & frequency of service, insurance requirements & contract review dates

- Administer equipment preventative maintenance schedules including lifts, DG set, HVAC, STP, WTP etc

- Manage events on property & build deep relations with client through regular meetings

- Good knowledge of society bye laws & regulations that govern building & society management

- Good decision-making & problem-solving skills, collaborative, respectful personality

- Experience in managing buildings with 100+ luxury flats

- BE/Diploma


- 6-12 years Experience


- 28-35 years of age
