Proposal & Costing Engineer - Automation & BIW Welding (3-5 yrs)
1. Good mail drafting
2. Good English communication
3. Basic knowledge of Welding fixture, Checking fixtures and BIW Equipment-s
4. To prepare independent Proposal (Techno commercial based on the RFQ received from customer)
5. If required, then visit to customer place for proposal discussion
6. Proficient in working out concepts for turn- key automation solution viz. gantry/robot, special purpose machine (SPM)
7. Shall be able to understand and work on Designs (Auto Cad, CATIA, Solid Works)
8. Cycle time, Tack time Study and document preparation
9. Gun Study
10. Conceptual Layout preparation
