Proposal Engineer - Mechanical Engineering (2-4 yrs)

Education Qualification : Diploma / B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical)
Essential Qualification & Specialization :
- Experience working in Proposal/Quotation Making of Industrial Products is a must.
- Preferable with experience in Instrumentation,Valves or similar industries. Knowledge of tendering is also preferred.
KPA : Making technical proposal based on customer data, Follow up with customer regarding offers, Customer support, Online tendering, MIS.
Detailed Job Description :
- Download tenders
- Read Customer RFQ/lnquiry
- Understand Technical and Commercial Requirements
- Select Suitable Product and Models
- Prepare technical and commercial quote as per RFQ
- Send offers to customers
- Discuss with customer and clear Technical and Commercial queries.
- Negotiate and close the order.
- Read PO and check if it is as per Quote and complete order entry.
Soft Skills requirement :
- English Proficiency,Good communication skills,Computer Savvy.
- Minimum experience 2 Years .
