Proton Engineering - AutoCAD/3D Plant Role - PDMS (3-15 yrs)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Worked extensively on projects through knowledge of field activities with good knowledge in terms of performing various engineering activities such as 3D modeling on respective tool (PDMS, E3D, SP3D, Plant 3D, AutoCAD and Navisworks), preparing piping layout, review of process & instrument diagram, development of equipment layouts, created piping layout, generation of piping general arrangement drawing, isometrics, support modeling monitoring and supervision of modeling and Drafting personnel, drafting of support drawings and coordination with team members as well as other engineering disciplines.
- Responsible for Piping Modelling (AutoCAD Plant 3D),
- Isometric Extraction with self-check, Isometric Checking (IFC), Model
- Review, guiding junior designers to resolve clashes in model, Conducting
- Basic Plant3D training for junior designers.
- Knowledge of Valves, Special parts, Nozzle orientation, Isometrics drawing and Spool calculations, Equipment layout, Study layout
- Intermediate MTO, Pipe rack calculations, Miter bends calculations, RF- pad calculations, Valve Data sheets, Type of
- Supports, Piping Material specification (PMS), Pipe Thickness calculations, Pump suction and Discharge lines, Control Stations, Utility stations
