Purchase Assistant - Hospitality Industry (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Candidate should be preferably from hospitality background with around 1 - 3 years of experience.
2. Indenting and ordering of raw materials for respective outlet with approval from Manager - Purchase
3. Daily, weekly and month end inventory with zero variance in the items
4. Visit the vendor branches if required to check vendor capability.
5. Forwarding bill to the accounts for release of payment and follow-up with the same.
6. Daily receiving of items and punching the same in MMS.
7. Daily issuance to the production and service team and maintaining records for the same and forwarding the same on a daily basis to the line manager.
8. Visit the market for getting best quality products at least possible cost.
9. Preferably with liquor knowledge but not mandatory.
