Educational qualification: B.E. / B. Tech or Diploma in Engineering with either Electronics or Electrical or Instrumentation or equivalent branch
Number of requirements: 1
Work experience:
- 5 years to 9 years of relevant work experience in Purchase with Industrial Automation or Electronics Manufacturing Companies
Skills required:
- Prepare Costing for every work order as per given BOM
- Prepare Comparative Statement for all major items as per the work order
- Negotiation with Vendor / Supplier
- Get approval for all purchase order before release
- Regular follow up with all suppliers on pending orders as per the material delivery schedule
- Follow up for payment with Account department
- Material Planning for inventory items
- Supplier Evaluation & ISO documentation work
- Payment approval as per system along with PI & project details
- Timely communication with vendors & accounts for smooth release of payments to vendor
- Daily meeting with production & store departments for smooth operations
