Position :Purchase Executive

Qualification : MBA (Finance) Fresher

Job Location : Hyderabad

1. The overall aim of the Purchase Executive should be to ensure that there is a smooth flow of all the items that are under his responsibility by ensuring timely procurement of the same

2. Should monitor the stock levels continuously and immediately place orders for items which are below the Re-Order Level

3. Should raise P.O.S (point of sales) for all items which have negotiated Rate Contracts

4. Should ensure that the purchase rates match the rates in the Rate Contracts and all schemes and discounts are availed of

5. Under no circumstance then should be a lag of more than 24hrs between preparation of any PO and any clarity needed for the preparation of GRN.

6. In case of unavailability of a particular drug with a supplier, it is the executives- responsibility of identifying an alternate supplier. This could be a current supplier or a new one. But such exceptions should be immediately brought to the notice of the Asst. Manager - Purchase.

7. Should optimize the ordinary cycle as well as the ordinary quality to ensure the lowest cash to the organization.

8. Perform any Job assigned by the incharge or HOD as per the exigencies of work.

9. Should release the purchase order along with the necessary approved documents only.

10. Ensure that the one time entries are minimal & the repeated entries are entered into the masters for the smooth flow & both central of the department.

11. Provide purchase related information to the HOD.

12. Relevant reports on weekly / Monthly & daily basis to be submitted to the HOD.

13. Perform any other job assigned by the HOD as per the work.
