Purchase Executive - Instrumentation (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Handling Procurement of all Instrumentation Equipment.
- Conducting technical comparison of materials and tracking the creation of purchase order to the delivery of materials on site.
- Looking after vendor development, techno-commercial comparison, negotiation, finalization and delivery of products, on time to our sites.
- Negotiating contracts to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency; liaising with customs and clients for smoother imports & exports.
- Handling negotiations with the vendors directly on a day-to-day basis that has made me adept at hard negotiations along with maintaining good relations with the vendors.
- Liaising with forwarders, customs and overseas companies for intermodal transportation; carrying out planning of inventory control, logistics and distribution.
