Purchase Executive - MIS (1-3 yrs)

Job Details :
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders & ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Analyse data and reports from various sources and provide actionable insights and suggestions.
- Responsible to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports.
- Prepare Ad hoc reports based on the requirements from the Sales team.
- Identify the opportunities of automating the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros and other techniques.
- Consolidate, sort, organize and summarize data using basic mathematical operations.
- Interpret data and metrics using charts, tables and other graphics in Microsoft Excel
Key Skills :
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Executive.
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Negotiation skills
- Hands on experience on MIS reports using (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Advance Excel, Pivot Table, SUMIF, Conditional Formatting)
- Good knowledge required for FMCG purchase
