Purchase Executive/Senior Executive - Import/Export (4-5 yrs)
Designation : Executive/Senior Executive Purchase (Imports)
Experience : 4-5 year experience
Industry : Chemicals

1) Should be able to handle day to day Purchase activities like Chemicals raw material, packing, control inventory/non-inventory items, develop vendors for Quality goods.
2) Excellent understanding of Procurement Process & the current Best Practices in Chemicals Industry.
3) Responsible for cost effective and timely capital purchase for chemical related API's and packing material.
4) A Strong individual able to handle the Purchase activities independently.
5) Purchase Planning and Control matching with the Production Planning.
6) Identification and new vendor development.
7) Imports Purchasing Exposure
8) To send enquiry to the vendors as per requirement of materials.
9) Expedite quotations from vendors.
10) Coordination with Plant for the requirement and delivery of Material.
11) Execution of orders.
12) Proper documentation & record keeping of purchase orders and related documents.
13) Follow up with suppliers and agents
