Job Description

- We are looking for a proactive and experienced Head of Purchase to lead our manufacturing purchasing activities. The ideal candidate who has significant experience of Machining items, of Raw Material, Machining Process, Costing, Reading Drawing, using ERP systems, with a deep understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and inventory control. This position will be instrumental in ensuring a streamlined and efficient supply chain to support our business growth.

- Develop and implement purchasing and inventory management strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.

- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring a reliable and competitive supply base.

- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability for production and timely delivery of finished goods to customers.

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve purchasing performance.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing purchase and stores team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
