Purchase Manager - APC/EPC/SPM Firm (8-12 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to meet the company's objectives.
- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services from vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement processes to minimize lead times and costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and develop purchasing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Lead a team of purchasing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
