Qualification : B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech/ME
Working days : Alternate Saturdays working
- Developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies and SOP.
- To prepare the list items wise in cooperation with the site team.
- Vendor development, floating purchase requirements, receiving the quotation, prize cost analysis and negotiation, prepares the comparative statements, placing the orders, follows up with the vendors for orders.
- Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers.
- Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
- Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
- Monthly/Quarterly Supplier Rating - Nominating Top Good & Worst Supplier.
- To ensure the Legal compliances
- To maintain good Housekeeping & Safety Practices
- Probing innovative ways of managing inventory optimization & reduction in operational cost.
- Experience in Tally handling/ SAP knowledge could be desirable.
