Job Responsibilities :
- Understands advancements in technology with CCTV systems.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Good technical understanding and ability to explain to customers
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Brief knowledge of CCTV, Security Alarm Etc.
- Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
- To design drawings requiring marking the location of Access Control Equipments, CCTV Cameras, Fire Alarm equipments and Cable routing
- Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers
- Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
- To make sure work progress as per set schedule and at the same time achieving good quality standards
