Roles & Responsibilities in detail :
- We are looking for purchase/procurement managers to procure products for our clients to use or resell.
- You will evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, review product quality, and often supervise purchasing agents and buyers & will plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of buyers, purchasing officers, and related workers involved in purchasing materials, products, and services.
As a purchasing manager, you'll be responsible for :
- Procurement of all kinds of materials used in uPVC & Aluminium windows manufacturing
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
- Perform Cost and Scenario Analysis
- Complete work through system such as Generation of PO, Material Reports, Material Receipts, Dispatches and Inventory Control.
- Stock Verification, Analysis of Vendor Performance & Price Variance & Purchase related all responsibility
- New Vendor Development, Price Negotiation with vendor, PO releases, Material Delivery and Payment terms per Contracts etc.
Total Experience - 15 years
Relevant experience into purchase function in uPVC windows manufacturing - 10 Years
