Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Engineering Graduates to join our team in the PV Module Engineering & Customer Support function. The role involves providing technical support to customers, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring effective resolution of product-related queries in the solar module business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for PV modules to customers and internal sales teams.
- Assist in handling pre-sales and post-sales technical queries related to solar modules.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams for issue resolution.
- Support in product documentation, technical specifications, and datasheets.
- Assist customers with installation guidance, troubleshooting, and performance queries.
- Maintain records of customer issues and support activities.
- Participate in product training and technical presentations when required.
Eligibility
- B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Energy Engineering or related field.
- Freshers or 0- 1 year experience in solar/renewable energy.
- Basic understanding of solar PV modules and systems will be an added advantage.
Skills Required :
- Basic knowledge of Solar PV technology.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
- Internship/project in Solar PV / Renewable Energy.
- Familiarity with PV module manufacturing or testing.
