QA Executive - Chemicals Manufacturing (2-5 yrs)

Job title: QA Executive
Job location: Halol (near by Vadodara / Godhra)
Educational qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry) or B.Sc. (Chemistry) with relevant work experience
Work experience :
- Around 2 years to 5 years work experience of QA Executive with Chemical manufacturing companies preferably with Agro-chemical company
- Should have experience in NPQA IF/AF (FG Inspection & Dispatch inspection)., NPQA PMF
- Should be ready to work in shift
Skills :
- Customer focus: Best quality product give to Market with good packing, product & Customer satisfaction.
- Act decisively: Product quality & FG any abnormality take decision and give approval, Also communication with Production team & Dispatch team & Manager
Key Performance Indicators :
- FG Summary report/Daily report /UPL JW Report
- NPQA IF/AF -online /FG Inspection
- Data Verification & checking FG/online check list/Torque
- Investigation & RCA & CAPA, Discussion with FG /Online team for Complain related issue & Guideline
- Counseling with FG/ONLINE Team & Production team verification
- Dispatch inspection Before dispatch & Container loading inspection
- SAP Work Clearance FG/Delivery /PR Preparation
- Ensure implementation of process improvement
- Weekly induction machine audit frequency with Check List
- COA for export & Dom consignment
- Dummy pack approval for domestic & Export printing
- Weekly floor training costumer complain related (TA/SUP/Worker)
- Subordinate Development & Training
- Weekly sealer test & Induction test report
- Thirdparty inspection & Draft approval
- During plant round inform to PM TEAM for PM related issue
- Support to PQA (Recipe/ Product related issue/Formulation/Cross contamination)
CTC: Upto Rs 3.00 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification)
