QA Executive - Process Engineering (5-9 yrs)
- Implementing ISO9000-2015 system.
- Implement SPC
- Coordinate with Production and Design Department to analyze and resolve customer complaints and identify and fix the root causes.
- Review and monitor Process quality, Product quality, Deviation, Corrective action and preventive action, packing and labeling quality etc.
- Introduce new technologies, systems, jig and fixtures to reduce inspection time and improve Quality of product. Calibration of gauges and fixtures
- Develop, Establish and implement the inspection and quality system for new products.
- Train the operators for Final inspection of product.
- To do Pre Shipment audit of Product
- Develop the innovative inspection method to save inspection time.
- Validation of new changes in the existing product
