QA Manager/Head - Food Processing (8-15 yrs)

Job Title : QA Manager(Head)

Location : Karad

Experience : 8 years or more (Audit experience as a Lead is Mandatory.)

Qualification : Graduation + PG Education in QA.

CTC : upto 15L or even more (Depends on the current salary, experience of the QA professional.)

JOB DESCRIPTION : To work as per strategic goals of the company, keeping the vision and mission of the company in mind.

1. Quality Assurance plan :

- Define QAP for Process/Product and designs.

- Quality process adherence audit.

2. Audit of QC processes :

- Quality Audit process to assess quality plan adherence & staff competence.

- Coordinate with customers or external auditors.

- Coordinate with departments for implementation of audit requirements.

- QMS audit as per certifications.

- MR for audits.

3. Quality Procedure development :

- Development of new analytical test/ parameters

4. Quality Resource Planning : Instruments, manpower and facilities that might be required or to be upgraded.

5. Quality Checks :

- Raw material, packing material checking.

- In process quality check and correction feedback.

- Final quality monitoring.

6. Training :

- Induction & training of all team members on QAP.

- Training team on new regulations.

- Conducting trainings on process improvements.

7. Compliance : Audit certification compliance.

8. RM PM Specification :

- Calculate nutritional Value of RM Sample.

- Artwork verification.

8. QAP Documentation & reports:

- Preparation of manuals for specifications and methods of analysis including process control samples for all products and packaging materials, and periodic updating as needed.

- Maintaining records of all quality audits undertaken.

- Prepare Management reports.

- Prepare documents as per country norms.

9. QC documentation :

- Monitoring records of all quality test undertaken.

- Monitoring the documents of QC for traceability and completeness as per customer norms and certification guidelines.

- Final quality monitoring.

10. Dispatch Management :

- Prepare pre-dispatch documentation.

- Generation of Barcode.

- Sending dispatch samples to customers.

- Submitting details of shipment in FSSAI websites.

11. Customer Complaints :

- Root cause analysis of customer complaints.

- Making reports and resolution.

- Preparation of CAPA.

12. Certification :

- Vendor certification activities for Quality Assurance.

- Any other certifications required.

13. Team management :

- Supervision and training of QA team.

- Any other tasks assigned by management from time to time based on business requirement.
