Job Description :

- Experience in handling independently the Quality Assurance & Quality Contol activities of EPC Projects in Oil & Gas sectors.

- Implementation of QMS in Oil & gas Construction Preparation of QC Procedures, ITP, MS, WPS, Testpacks. Inspection and Testing

1. Plan and monitor quality control activities at various stages of project execution

2. Plan and monitor preparation of inspection test plans (ITP), quality assurance plan (QAP), wielding procedure specification (WPS) for various areas of project execution including establishing of procedure qualification reocords (PQR)

3. Plan and monitor document preparation for actual quality assurance and quality control activities carried out during various stages of project execution

4. Plan and monitor documentation of quality and productivity of workers in area of project execution work

5. Plan and monitor client acceptance of the work-products

6. Plan and monitor validity of calibration of tools and tackles and production machinery

7. Ensure stage-wise inspections are carried out as required and related reports are generated

8. Ensure all executed jobs meets the required quality levels as specified by the customer / relevant standards

9. Escalate issues related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control to RCM and MGR-QAQC at head-office

10. Plan and manage quality audit at site
