Job Title: QA/QC Engineer

Reporting to: Project Manager/ QA-QC Manager

JOB LOCATION - DUBAI SARJA ( LOOKING FOR UAE BASE CANDIDATES ONLY)

Job Description

- Read & understand project Specifications & drawings

- Implement Project Quality Plan. Promote quality systems

- Review Main contractor & Subcontractors submissions and verify its compliance to the project specifications & Drawings.

- Regular Inspection construction activities & ensure they are carried out as per the Method Statement & drawings

- Advise on Inspection & testing methods.

- Ensure Method Statements have been prepared and submitted

- Ensure work inspections carried out to specified requirements and approvals achieved

- To act independently to ensure that the quality requirements are achieved

- Manage/Ensure submissions of Inspection requests to the consultant, conduct internal inspections.

- Conduct Material Inspection. Submit Material Inspection Requests to the Consultant.

- Identify /reviewing of project non-conformities and reporting the quality matters to QA/QC Manager. Issue and closing NCRs

- Coordinating with the third party lab regarding tests and results. Ensure submission of Test results to the consultant/ client

- Checking the work at site and ensure compliance to the project requirements

- Monitoring of all relevant document

- Co-ordination with other discipline QC Engineer

Assist in project closeout process.
