QA Technical Support & Review Engineer (4-10 yrs)

OT / SCADA / Telemetry Systems
We are seeking an experienced QA Technical Support & Review Engineer to support quality assurance, commissioning review, and technical validation of SCADA, ICA, and telemetry systems within a critical infrastructure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide QA and technical review for commissioning activities, with a strong focus on PSTN-based telemetry systems
- Review and validate SCADA and ICA configurations, testing, and documentation
- Support and review RCU replacement activities (BT Remote Concentrator Units)
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures
- Act as a technical liaison with communication service providers such as Telecom Providers.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in QA, commissioning, or technical support roles within OT / SCADA environments
- Strong knowledge of PSTN telemetry, modems, and communications infrastructure
- Experience with ICA and SCADA systems (water or utilities preferred)
- Knowledge of RCU replacement, IPDB, and IP-based communications
- Experience working with BT / Vodafone or similar telecom providers
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Telecommunications, or Control Engineering (or equivalent experience)
