QAQC Manager/Material Engineer (8-20 yrs)
Position -Project Manager- Structure
Experience- 08+ Years with B.Tech/BE or Diploma - Civil Engineering ( Full time )
Note - Exposure counted in Highway structure, Bridge, Flyover,Tunnel
Candidate should have following Capabilities-
- Testing the materials (Soil, Aggregates and Bitumen etc.,) in the site laboratory according to requirement and determination of its suitability for different kinds of works in Highway as per I.S, I.R.C and MORT&H specifications
- Execute the Mix Designs for various grades of Concrete, Bituminous mixes, mastic asphalt, Base and Sub base coarse as per MORTH, I.R.C & I.S Specifications.
- Identification of quarries and borrow areas and Sample collection of Borrow Area, existing site samples& conducting suitability tests with consultants.
- To maintain the records properly and proper correspondence to consultants.
- Calibration of laboratory equipment- s, plants like Hot Mix, batching plant & WMM
- Preparation Monthly and weekly reports & submit to Higher Authorities
- Safety and Housekeeping: Safety precaution and keeping the Work areas clean during and after the work.
