Job Description :
- Inspection, analysis & documentation of Organic/ In-organic Raw Material, In-process material, Intermediate material and finished products.
- Calibration and operations of Instruments like pH Meter, Karl Fischer Apparatus, Analytical Balance (Mettler Make), Brookfield Viscometer, Kinematic viscosity low temp. bath, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, Gas Chromatograph Shimadzu GC 2014 AF, Conductivity Meter, Refractometer, Flash Point Apparatus, Melting point apparatus, FT-IR instrument (Perkin Elmer), Gas Chromatograph gas filtration unit & gas cylinder distribution system etc.
- Analysis is to be carried out as per test specifications and procedures approved by Quality Assurance dept.
- Analysis of finished products is to be carried out by the analytical method either developed in-house or given by customer.
