Designation : QC Manager/Technical Services

Job Location : Ankleshwar

Job Responsibilities :

- We have an urgent requirement for QC Manager/Technical Services(Phthalocyanine Pigments - Green & Beta Blue & CPC Blue). for our leading Chemical Industry for Ankleshwar location.

Key Responsibilities :

- Execution of Technical Services activities of Pigments Green 7 and Beta Blue Plant & CPC Blue

- Report to Director.

- Check the testing as per pre approved method and within specification of finished goods material

- Prepare lot as per sales plane

- Sales plan and production related correspondence with production and marketing.

- Handling of Laboratory man power

- Documentation for ISO related work

- Giving certificate and RMF for regulatory related.

- Raw material approval

- Outside material approval and uses.

- Testing of customer sample and give them to matching sample

- Chemical, Ingredients arrangement for laboratory testing requirement

- Arrangement of stationary and other requirement of lab.

- Maintenance of laboratory equipment

- AMC done with outside party for lab instrument

- Get calibration certificate from outside party

- Sample sending to marketing dept. as per party requirement

- Testing done from outside laboratory for regulatory requirement

- Signing of quality report, Certificate of Analysis and maintained its records.

- Handling of customer complaint related quality.

- Monthly, MR and MIS meeting presentation

- Auditee of lab/As auditor audit other dept.

- Set up new process and maintain parameter of production

- Beta 15.3 R&D activity matching PMR

- Solve process parameter and equipment problem

- Responsible for Inspection and testing of raw material, finished products and process samples.

- Review and approval of Environmental aspects, Impacts and related operational control.

- Review of objective and targets, programs before approval by Director.

- Knowledge of Legal work (International Regulation of Products) will be additional advantage

- To allocate resources.

- Knowledge of MS-Office and Some Software
