QMS Executive - FMEA/Kaizen (3-5 yrs)
Designation : QMS Executive
Qualification : Diploma Mechanical /Post Graduate, Certified ISO 9001:2015 internal audit.
Preferable Candidate : Certified candidate with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
Experience : 3 Year
Job Description :
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, OHSAS, EMS, IMS system documentation, implementation and maintain, Risk assessment and Identification, & 1st, 2nd & 3rd party audit.
- Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization's products
- Quality improvement tools like FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, KAIZEN, 5S System etc.
- Basic understanding of Hazardous material disposal.
- Develop module for Non-conformance and doing final RCA & CAPA reporting
- Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and visitors
- Work closely with the production department to ensure quality norms and maintain product quality.
- Basic understanding of Sustainability Development
- Aware of rejection data analyzing
