QMS Expert (10-17 yrs)
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure that all Management System (QMS, EMS & OHSAS) processes are - established, implemented and maintained
- Report to - top management- on the system performance and where improvements are needed.
- Ensure that everyone in the organisation is aware of customer requirements.
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
- Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
- Investigating and setting standards for quality management system IATF 16949, EMS & OHSAS
- Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards procedure, Work instruction etc.
- Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
- Determining training needs for staff, associates and ensuring implementation through HR support
- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
- Customer system audit, action planning and timely action
- Coordination for IQA, Process Audit, MRM etc
