QS Engineer (2-8 yrs)
- Prepare BOQs for construction activities for both initial and final budgets.
- Provide accurate estimates and quantities for material, labour, and contracts.
- Support Site, Purchase, ERP, Contracts, and Billing teams by providing timely BOQs.
- Perform area calculations, rate analysis, and quantity surveys.
- Prepare and update rate lists, rate analysis sheets, and material/labour constants.
- Support budget formation, DTW preparation, SAP uploading, and drawing assumption lists.
- Handle verification and reconciliation of quantities, materials, and variances.
- Coordinate with Architects, Contracts, Billing, SAP, and Site teams for QS activities.
- Conduct monthly material audits and maintain all QS-related MIS, records, and documentation.
- Ensure revisions in budgets, drawings, specifications, and rates are updated accurately.
- Participate in value engineering by comparing costs and suggesting alternatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in QS functions (4- 5 years).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Rate analysis capability.
- Vendor and subcontractor negotiation skills.
- B.Tech background preferred.
