- Analysis of customer returned parts
- Coordinate with supplier quality team for supplier related defects
- IQIS updation
- Part Handling Analysis
- Coordination with development for critical failures
- Joint investigations at customer location
- Customer interactions on technical topics
Qualifications : BE (in E&E / E&C ) or Diploma ( in E&E / E&C )

- 8D process
- Vehicle knowledge
- EV (2W,3W & 4W) knowledge
- Engine management system knowledge - ECU for PC and CV
- INCA Lab CAR Testing
- Different High side, Low side Power Supply operation
- Knowledge on SMT

- Very good communication, listening and presentation skills,
