Requisites :

- Any Graduate with experience in Quality.

Role Summary :

- Assesses customer / service level requirements and accordingly set the quality standards

- Build in control checks in the process to monitor adherence to quality procedures

- Set up, operate and maintain the In-House Laboratory of the company.

- Communicates with staff to ensure organizational readiness and implementation success.

- Verify internal Vs External report submitted by QC and analyze for deviations.

- Ensure all the team members are functioning as per quality plan.

- Timely updating the quality control policies based on 'Best practices' in the industry

- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.

- Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters.

- Determine, document, and forward areas that need improvement to the management.

- Participate in scheduled Internal audits

- Generate Dashboards / Audit Reports and present it to the senior team

- Suggest improvement in process efficiency to ensure highest level of quality

- Review documentation in the files and to ensure quality, accuracy, consistency, compliance, and completeness.

- Facilitate HACCP & other systems within locations

- Ensure all testing measuring equipment in quality assurance is calibrated

- To coordinate & responsible to conduct all customer specific audits at different locations like DQMP, EHS, FSSAI etc.

- To conduct & responsible for ISO 22000, ISKIS requirements & conduct audit.
