Quality Assurance Head - Automotive Industry (20-25 yrs)
Job Description :
- To participate in product quality planning, pre- feasibility report (PFR) & Team feasibility commitment (TFC)
- To carry product audit for assembly and Layout inspections
- Identification of changes and their effects on Product / process for customer initiated / internal ECI
- To identify the customer requirement & also to verify it through audit
- Monitor implementation actions for improvement plans
- Ensure 12 PPM within targets
- Review Quality Issues, root cause analysis & ensure closure of countermeasures with verifications
- Final authority for deviation approval & Deviation control
- Assurance of Good Product manufacturing & shipment to customers
- Responsible for Customer Complaint Handling System (CPQR)- Customer Plant Rejection (Stock/Line); Warranty Rejection; Lot Rejection
