Quality Assurance Manager - Automotive Industry (8-10 yrs)
The incumbent would be placed at QA department of our client.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for IQC, Process Quality Management, Pre-dispatch Quality assurance.
- Necessary Surveillance/Certification (IATF16949:2016 / ISO / OSHAS) audit.
- Supplier Audit & Qualification.
- MIS report generation w.r.t diff quality status.
- Field failure analysis & necessary feedback to.
Core Knowledge :
- Expertise required in TQM, SPC, APQP with all 5 pillars like FMEA, SPC, MSA & PPAP.
- Expertise in Injection molding processes & tool design.
- Expertise in Sheet metal process like deep drawn, 7 tank plating, cutting bending etc.
- Basic knowledge of CAD/Solid works.
Educational Qualification :
- Should be B tech in Electronic/ Electrical Engg. from reputed institute with 8-10 yrs exp in Quality control/Assurance in an automotive industry or Diploma in Electronic/ Electrical from a reputed institute with 15-20 yrs Exp in Quality Control/ Assurance in an Automotive Industry
Essential Requirements : From Automotive Industry
Desirable : Lead auditor of TS / IATF 16949
