Quality Assurance Production Technician (4-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Provide technical / logistical support to production for all chemicals manufactured in Charlotte whether new or reprocessed.
- MOC (Management of Change) when a significant manufacturing change is implemented.
- Coordinate sampling and testing of questionable materials in addition to releasing any batches.
- Support initiative of FSC (Formulation Systems Center) in Charlotte as a team member, including but not limited to testing of new raw materials in existing products.
- Provide technical support in Quality Assurance and Production by working with the New Product Development Chemist to transfer new products.
- Provide Production Logistical support: including but not limited to generating production batch processes, generating production raw material stage sheets and performing process related transaction in SAP.
- Demonstrated success in the above key accountabilities and responsibilities.
- A minimum of an Associates Degree in Chemistry or related field.
- 4+ years lab experience.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Quality Assurance experience preferred.
