Qualification & Skill Requirements :
- Good technical background in field of spring production
- Metallurgical background - B tech or M Tech in metallurgy
- Interpret the metallurgical reports & suggest supplier for process improvements
- Heat treatment knowledge
- Rolling process knowledge
- NDT knowledge (MPI/ UT)
- Strong communication & customer management skills.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel to Kolkata, Madhepura & Bangalore
