Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QC Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing on-machine inspections, conducting floor inspections as per engineering drawings, handling various QC instruments, and preparing inspection reports.
- The role also involves preparing Quality Control Plans (QCP) and Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) to ensure that products meet all required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-machine inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform floor inspections according to engineering drawings.
- Handle and operate various QC instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, etc.).
- Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings.
- Develop and prepare Quality Control Plans (QCP) and Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).
- Communicate effectively with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Preferred Skills :
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience with handling inspection instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers).
