Quality Control Engineer (4-5 yrs)
- Paper Craft Testing on BS Machine
- Board Testing on BS Machine
- CBB checking on BS, CS machine
- Checking Box Printing and other specs Manually
- Preparing COA report
- Keeping records of all the quality assurance
- Communication with production as well as with customers team for any quality issues
- Incoming raw material quality analysis
- Perform daily testing on Finished products using different techniques
- Conducting and preparing Certificate of Analysis by calculating and analyzing data in Excel charts obtained through FPA results
- Maintaining the lab supplies by monitoring the chemical usage and checking the equipment conditions
- Verifying finished products testing reports as well as checking Micro lab results
- Performing incubation tests and water bath heating of products for chemistry and sensory testing
- Preparing daily production reports as well as taking samples from the production line for testing
- Conducting equipment calibrations on daily basis and checking weekly calibration sheets throughout for the site
- Performing checks on Quality paperwork
- Maintain document control system & update SOP
- Engage in internal and compliance audits as well as QRM
