Profile - Quality Control Engineer - Civil

Qualification - B.E / B.Tech - Civil

Experience - Min. 3-7 years of experience in quality control for civil works, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of civil construction standards, codes, and testing procedures.Experience with quality management systems and audit processes.

Salary - Upto 8 LPA CTC

Note - Fluency in Marathi is mandatory for Maharashtra.

Role Purpose:

The Quality Control Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for ensuring that all civil works in renewable energy projects meet the required quality standards, specifications, and safety norms. The role involves inspection, documentation, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely and compliant execution of EPC projects.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control plans for civil works in solar, wind, and hybrid projects.

- Inspect construction activities including foundations, structures, cable trenches, and control buildings.

- Verify compliance with design specifications, drawings, and industry standards.

- Conduct material testing (concrete, steel, aggregates, etc.) and review test reports.

- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality and safety guidelines.

- Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and track resolution.

- Maintain audit-ready documentation including inspection reports, test certificates, and quality records.

- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to resolve quality issues.

- Support commissioning activities by ensuring civil works are completed to required standards.

- Drive continuous improvement in construction quality, efficiency, and sustainability
