Quality Control Engineer - Product Inspection (2-3 yrs)
Working as a Quality Shift In charge with Rahil Foam Pvt LTD.
- To carry out Online Inspection of Product
- Lab Testing at all stages.
- Analysis of non-conformance of incoming, in process & final product.
- Analysis of raw materials, In-process samples & finished product.
- Sophisticated Instrument Handballed
- Mechanical: Universal testing machine (Deepak, Kaiser, Instron),Friction apparatus(Static & Kinetic friction), Gloss Apparatus, Opacity tester, WVTR (Water Vapor transmission ratio Labthik), Heat Seal tester, Optical Densitometer.
- Rheology : Melt Flow Index machine,
- Rubber/ Plastic foam : Shore Hardness meter., Static meter, GSM
Languages Known : English, Hindi, Bhojpuri.
