Qualification : B.Tech/diploma - Mech, Metallurgy
Location : Silvassa (Gujarat)
Experience : Steel Plant as a QC Engineer. Knowledge of Welding including WPS, PQR, Knowledge All NDT test, Shop Floor Management, Radiography.
Job description :
- Reducing Rejections, Improve Customer Satisfaction & Reduce COPQ
- Implementation of ISO system in given area.
- Conduct Supplier Audits and get CAPA implemented for Receiving rejections
- Daily administration of inspection resources to support Receiving, In-process and PDI inspection
- Revalidation of Jig & fixture, Receiving Gauges different Process Stage
- Analysing and reporting Rejection, Rework data in Daily DMI, Monthly Quality reviews Improving Customer Satisfaction
- Supporting Customer Audits and PPAP documentation for new business introduction
- Verification APQP, PPAP & SPC documents for developed Components
- Promptly respond to Customer complaints with appropriate Containment and Corrective actions Eliminate repeat complaints and reduce COPQ
- Conduct Line trainings to Operators and conduct MSA
- Work on Rejection cost saving Six Sigma Quality projects Environment Health & Safety
- Basic idea of OCPs/SOPs related to that area.
