Job Description :
- Documentation and implementation of FSMS
- Routine inspection of Quality checks for on-line process inspections for CCPs, semi-processed products and hygienic condition of the plant.
- Doing internal audits for Food safety program of Central Kitchen and sites to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Developed and implemented food safety training programs for employees, to create awareness about personal hygiene, food handling, product quality & safety as per ISO 22000: 2005.
- Monitored food preparation workers to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handling Vendor Audits.
- Verification of compliance of raw materials to standards, R&D support, and product-related concerns from plants
- Identified problem areas and designed solutions.
- Closely monitoring food preparation workers to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Coordinating Microbial and chemical analysis as per sampling plan for RM / PM / online products
