Job Description :
- Final Inspection of the lamitube tube lots offered to him by sampling as per established sampling Plan and inspecting the same for standard parameters as per established procedures.
- Inspect customer-returned material received for non-conforming parameters and advice for necessary rework.
- Communication to dispatch/semi-finish department regarding inspection test status on Standard format for him to take necessary action towards rework/sorting/scraping the material.
- Documentation of Inspection on test results in the respective quality records.
- Sending inspection feedback reports in case of non-conformance to the respective departments for their information and necessary corrective action in the future.
- Recheck accepted goods lying in BSR for more than a year time. This shall be done after receipt of an intimation from the dispatch department.
