Quality Control/Quality Assurance Role - Oil & Gas (2-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement QA/QC processes and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and tests on products at various stages of production.
- Analyze data and document deviations from quality standards.
- Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a QA/QC role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
