Quality Controller
- Can lead a team of 4-5 members
- Testing of raw material samples.
- Visual inspection of finished goods under microscope (100% in-house inspection of finished products on real-time basis)
- Ability to work in a laboratory condition on full day basis
- Keeping track of production batches coming for QC and then dispatch for packing
- Keeping track of finished goods sent for re-processing in production and then final dispatch from the lot
- Preparing and revising SOPs, documentation and test reports
- Handling ISO and CE audits
- Making improvements in production processes as required
- Training and inspecting production work being done by machine operators
- Creating quality reports to submit to management
- Communicating with management on a daily basis regarding QC of product
- Culture and attitude extremely important ; hard working, team player, ready to work hard to help company scale
- Experience of at least 2-4 years in Lab testing
- Should have good control over MS Excel and computers
- Needs to have; Good work experience from a reputed brand as my expectation is for this profile to implement excellent practices and top class systems in my company which he has seen at his earlier jobs
