Job Description :
Qualification : BE / B.Tech(Mech)
Experience : 3 to 5 Years
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Preparation / Review of layout inspection layouts.
2. Inspection of incoming parts as per inspection layout/sampling plan.
3. GI clearance.
4. Verification of supplier inspection reports.
5. Raise SQPR and obtain corrective action.
6. Agreement of inspection preparation and approval.
7. Supplier system and process audit.
8. Ensure calibration of gauges and instruments.
9. Maintenance of supplier quality documents including drawings,inspection records, layouts, MTR reports.
10. Supplier PPAP audit for new products /parts.
11. Change control of supplier parts.
