Role: Quality Engineer

Responsibilities & Requirements:

1. Developing and implementing quality management systems in manufacturing industries.

2. Analysing, identifying and implementing manufacturing and/or business process improvements which will improve capability and performance.

3. Creating and maintaining company documentation, such as quality manuals and quality procedures.

4. Meeting with members of the production team to offer recommendations and share feedback/results.

5. Maintaining the integrity of the certified quality system requirements with lean, cost effective strategies that meet the organizations needs.

6. Interact with the others teams (Design, Development, V.D, Production etc.) to create an ideal product by achieving the best trade-off between the various constraints.

7. Facilitate and promote use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action.

8. Organizational Relationships:

Internal - Regularly interact with Materials, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and all Manufacturing functions.

External - Regularly interact with all levels of customers and prospects.

9. Basic knowledge of Exhaust system and automotive parts.

10. Team player with strong communication skills & international mind set and ability to solve problems on your own as well as work in a team.

11. Exceptional mechanical aptitude (i.e. intuitive understanding of mechanical processes).

12. Minimum education level: Diploma Engineers /Engineering degree

13. Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Quality management and exhaust systems.

14. Proficiency in MS Office packages. Documentation and presentation of the results to the customers.
